Scope:
SR is engaged as a building envelope consultant to assist with membrane restorations at the Broadway-City Hall Station. Condition Assessment, document reviews, letter writing, administration, material specification recommendations, shop drawing reviews, product and system submittals, and all applicable Letters of Assurance are SR’s responsibility. SR collaborated with the new Broadway Subway Project team to ensure that the Broadway-City Hall Station, which was impacted by the new station’s construction, is repaired using the most effective solutions. This Project is ongoing.
