The Knightsbridge project comprised of complete remediation of building envelope cladding, windows and balcony membranes. All existing wood and vinyl exterior siding were removed and replaced with new fiber cement wall assemblies. All existing windows and sliding doors were replaced with new vinyl material and detailed accurately to suit building envelope needs. The balcony replacement work constructed of replacing vinyl membrane, damaged sheathing and joists with new installation and rectified design to allow waterproofing and drainage. The project remains ongoing.
