The building envelope project at Sussex Square was a full remediation of exterior wall cladding, windows and balcony membranes as well as additional maintenance repairs on 6 wood-framed low-rise residential buildings. The exterior cladding rework consisted of complete removal of stucco/wood/vinyl/metal wall assemblies and installation of rainscreen assemblies matching each cladding type. Additional maintenance repairs included tasks such as roof repairs, interior/exterior cleaning, sealant application and perimeter drainage.
