Scope:
Rainier Hotel is a 1907 heritage building that was purchased and rehabilitated by BCH in 2009 to accommodate and support vulnerable self-identifying women in the Downtown East side. SR is involved in the ongoing project, which concentrates primarily on Building Envelope, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical upgrades. SR is the primary consultant for this project, collaborating with multiple professionals from other disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, architectural, and structural. The project also entails office expansion and architectural renovations to provide Rainier Hotel employees with an optimal workplace.
