The Semlin Gardens project consisted of a complete remediation of building envelope cladding, windows, balcony membranes, roofing and parkade waterproofing and repairs. All exterior vinyl and wood siding were replaced with new fiber cement rainscreen assemblies including sheathing, framing insulation and sealants. The roofing work consisted of removal and installation of new waterproof membrane along with roof sheathing and flashing. All existing windows, sliding doors and balcony membranes were replaced with new assemblies and precisely detailed to SR Engineering design.
